Rally

VP Product · Founding Team — 2023–2026

Founding team. Led product strategy and execution through multiple iterations of an early-stage B2B product, and worked directly in the codebase to prototype and ship alongside engineering.

Rally became an AI-native buyer enablement platform: self-driving deal rooms and product demos that run on a multi-agent platform, with a public MCP server so the product works from Claude, Cursor, and other agent clients. I was the primary contributor to that platform.

Moved the team to agentic development end to end. Merged-PR throughput roughly doubled with a flat revert rate, and most code was written by agents under human review.

Robin

Co-Founder · Chief Product Officer → VP Customer — 2014–2023

Workplace management platform. Grew from founding through Series C, thousands of customers globally. Still involved at the board level.

As CPO, five years:

• Built the product, design, and customer organizations from the ground up.
• Ran product from early stage to Series B.
• Launched Robin’s first product — scheduling — and got it into the hands of early enterprise customers.
• Launched desk booking, which turned out to be the right product at the right time for the return-to-office wave. (Patent US20200104762A1)

Then as VP Customer, four more:

• Spun the customer organization out of Product into its own division — sales engineering, technical support, customer success, product analytics — owning expansion and renewals.
• Moved the customer base from mostly single-product to mostly multi-product.
• Stepped in as interim Head of Marketing during COVID, while 90% of offices were closed. (Went well. Don’t recommend it.)

One Mighty Roar

Co-Founder · Head of Product — 2009–2014

Digital product studio and consumer products. Robin spun out of this work. Also:

• Build Internet, a web development blog read by hundreds of thousands. (Back when centering text was still a technical marvel.)
• Either (formerly You Rather), once the world’s largest “Would You Rather” game with 1B+ responses — now being revived.

Open source

Small, useful infrastructure I’m building in the open for agents.

• releases.sh — A registry of product release notes from across the web, indexed so agents can query what shipped. (Source)
• uploads.sh — The missing upload command for coding agents: capture screenshots and recordings as you work, then attach them to the pull request. (Source)
