Workplace management platform. Grew from founding through Series C, thousands of customers globally. Still involved at the board level.

As CPO, five years:

Ran product from early stage to Series B.
Launched Robin’s first product — scheduling — and got it into the hands of early enterprise customers.
Launched desk booking, which turned out to be the right product at the right time for the return-to-office wave. (Patent US20200104762A1)

Then as VP CX, four more:

Built out the CX org — customer success, sales engineering, support — to own the full post-sale lifecycle.
Moved the customer base from mostly single-product to mostly multi-product.
Stepped in as interim Head of Marketing during COVID, while 90% of offices were closed. (Went well. Don’t recommend it.)

Co-Founder · Chief Product Officer — 2009–2014

Digital product studio and consumer products. Robin spun out of this work. Also:

Build Internet, a web development blog read by hundreds of thousands. (Back when centering text was still a technical marvel.)
Either (formerly You Rather), once the world’s largest “Would You Rather” game with 1B+ responses.
